Life has revolved around food these last few weeks. I had Puerto Rican food on the Columbia, made stuffed peppers for the first time, the shisho pesto pasta came out great, had Jess surprise me and found out that Kulfi does ice cream flights, checked out the Polish festival and got potato pancakes, and filled up on IKEA meatballs. Tossing fresh picks from the garden into every dish I can. Domenico was visiting from Italy and brought me 2 kilos of fregola! Made a very tasty dish with that and used another one to make a spicy fregola recipe for my Reddit cookbook meetup group. Also got to show him many waterfalls which was lovely.
