Got in a great 11 mile hike in Lassen. Passed 11 lakes and got fun views of Lassen Peak throughout. In 2021 the Dixie Fire burned almost a million acres in California. The fire burned 70% of the national park. Most of this hike was in burn zone. Very sad to witness (and continue to witness when we left the park, drove over an hour through burn zone).
